We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece on the product details page.

  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. 

  • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including Bluedart, smarter and Delhivery.

  • Shipments within India.

    • The Usual Delivery Time for an order is 5 to 7 business days from the date of Order Confirmation* depending on the products ordered.

    • For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. For deliveries within India, all prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping

  • International Shipments outside of India.

    • For international deliveries, the shipping charges will be extra as per the weight of the order.

    • For deliveries outside India, customers must pay customs duties and local taxes to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depends on the policies of your destination country

  • For any orders that are urgent and require delivery within an early time frame, the client is requested to confirm with the Beatitude Team before placing the order.

  • For the dispatch of COD orders, our dispatch team will contact you to confirm the dispatch.

  • Cash on delivery orders will be dispatched only on customers’ confirmation for the same. For Prepaid orders, NO attempt for confirmation will be made, and the order will be dispatched within the given TAT.

  • In case, if there is no response to our calls/messages/emails with a confirmation of dispatch within 3 days of our first attempt, for a cash delivery order, the order will be marked cancelled at the end of the 3rd  day.

  • In case the delivery is unsuccessful, due to any circumstances on the customer’s end, the second attempt will be made on confirmation with the customer. 

  • If, the second delivery attempt, is still unsuccessful due to any circumstances on the customer’s end, for the subsequent third attempt the customer will have to bear extra shipping charges. In case, the customer is unable to pay any such charges, the order will be marked as cancelled and we will not entertain any future orders from that customer.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before order dispatch. Once an order has been successfully dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.






Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

You will need to inform our team within 24 hours of delivery of the product via  theperfectsarees@gmail.com Email.

Please Note: We will Not Exchange/Return Product Bought During the Sale or Special Discounts & coupon codes. Clearance Sale items are not Returnable.

 How To Get Refund  & Process It?

Once we Approve the Return. Then our Team Rise Reverse Pickup Request via Logistic Partner. & it will be done in 2-3 Business Days.

Once Your Return Reverse pickup is done by our logistics partner and the item/product is delivered to our warehouse our team verify the product condition.

After the process, our team contact you via call/WhatsApp or email for the Amount Refund Purpose & Amount Credit Your Account in the Next 2-3 Business Days.

Note: Payment Refund By Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, Bank Transfer, UPI Only. We Are Not Providing Cash Back.

You can return products purchased from www.theperfectsarees.com within the specified return/exchange period of 7 Day

  1. Contact customer care for a ‘Return Request’. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us based on the return mode

  2. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.

  3. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our courier partner may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our warehouse.

Self-ship: In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk. Please pack the product and ensure the product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. We will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on the Website.

Note: in the way of self-ship customers need to bear shipping charges. company will not bear any kind of return shipping cost

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

If the payment mode was Cash On Delivery (COD) or any other mode we will refund the money to the Bank Account. The user would need to add bank account details and then initiate a transfer from the wallet. The refund amount in processing charge will be (5% GST As per invoice, 2% payment Gateway/Cash Handling Charge, + Rs.175 Return Reverse Pickup Charge ) As per Company Policy. Typically refunds take 3-5 Business days to get reflected in the Bank Account.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.

To cancel orders that haven’t been dispatched yet:

  1. Go to your order.

  2. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items

  3. Provide reasons for cancellation (optional)

  4. Click on Cancel Checked Items

Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made.

If your order is already delivered, you may consider returning it.
